          St:Marys Jacobite Church have a young group. The Mor Aliyas Youth association is an organization for the young men of the Malankara Jacobite Syrian Church, they getting together after Holy Qurbana on every Sundays.

           Youth association started in the year 1934. The member's initiative resulted in starting public library and reading room presently known as st:marys library in pazhamthottom. Youth association is named after HH Alias the IIIrd Patriarc. There major activities are Ninuva convention during 3 days lent and charity works. An ambulance service also run by youth association for the last 4 years.

            The Youth members get together in every Sundays with prayer, singing devotional songs, and reading passages from the Bible. They discuss matters of spiritual importance and conducting meetings. Meetings and discussions are lead by our vicar. The members of the Youth Association are involved with many other activities and preparing its members to commit themselves to the Church through service.
